Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unused
• be in original packaging
• be in good condition

We do not accept returns if:

• the product has been used
• the item is damaged by the customer
• original packaging is missing

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
